The team here at BBE Training all come from a very diverse background. The founders Steve Bellamy and Phil Eddy came together in 2011 after many years of working together in previous companies as fellow directors.

After a period of steady growth BBE became part of the Citrus Group in 2016 where we were joined by Sophie and Hayley supporting our delivery ensuring continued high levels of customer satisfaction.

Sophie has an excellent background in Customer service and brings a wealth of consumer understanding and Hayley works closely with the operational members of the team working as the finance function bringing a wealth of knowledge in accounting to the team.

As a business, we have over 20 delivery staff that are based all over the UK. They are headed by our Internal Quality Assurers. With the support of our Lead IQA Alan, we have always had excellent reviews from inspections.

All the team are fully qualified with a wealth of experience in what they do. Many of them work as inspectors for the awarding organisations inspecting other centres as part of their role.
