No – our courses are designed to be flexible.

The majority of our courses can be delivered as distance learning with online resources and full tutor support from a dedicated tutor. Or in-house either at your premises or at one of our many centres across the UK as a combination of distance learning and classroom delivery or simply just as a classroom delivery.  We ensure our courses are flexible to suit your requirements. Yes – We offer a sensible and flexible payment plan on all our courses to help you spread the cost of getting qualified.

If you are studying one of our Award Certificate of Diploma qualifications then you can relax knowing that you will receive a qualification recognised by Ofqual as part of the RCF (Regulated Qualification Framework) the UK government department for education industry standards.

You are allocated a dedicated tutor for the duration of your course. This has the benefit of forming a relationship with your tutor who will understand your individual support needs and tailor your support accordingly.

Don’t worry, we will help you through the registration process and give you support all the way through to completing your new qualification. As part of your course, you will receive a full and detailed induction from your dedicated tutor who will also discuss your concerns and help you overcome any reservations that you have about the course.

It depends on which course you choose. Our accredited courses are either 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. Our classroom delivery courses vary depending on the specific course.

You may qualify for ‘special consideration’ if you have a genuine reason, such as illness or bereavement. It is vital we are notified and it is your responsibility to notify us if you require an extension or to be put on hold. If you simply require more time we can extend your course in line with our policies for an extension fee. This is usually based on a ‘per unit’ outstanding fee. If you are studying a distance learning or online course. We operate a roll-on roll-off delivery method enabling you to start your course anytime you wish.

We have direct claims for many of our accredited qualifications and can claim your certificate immediately. We will send it to your address recorded delivery as soon as we receive it at our centre from the awarding organisation.

No – we show all the fees that you need to pay either to us or the awarding organization upfront, these are shown in our course descriptions. We want you to know exactly what you will be spending on a course with no nasty surprises.
